L'Oréal acquiert une participation majoritaire dans Innovist, l'un des principaux groupes indiens de marques de soins de beauté online

L'Oréal has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Innovist, a fast-growing Indian online beauty and personal care platform founded in 2019. The deal strengthens L'Oréal's expansion strategy in India's rapidly growing beauty market. Innovist's founding team will remain as minority shareholders and continue to lead operations in collaboration with L'Oréal India. The transaction is expected to close within the coming months pending regulatory approvals.
