A consortium of Atos, Open, and Thales has been selected by UGAP (France's leading public procurement central) to provide cloud services (PEC) and IT infrastructure services (EIR) for four years. The grouping will serve French public sector clients including ministries, local authorities, and public institutions, with Atos leading the cloud services lot and Open leading the infrastructure lot, while Thales contributes cybersecurity and digital sovereignty expertise.
