KPN notes ACM prohibition of proposed Glaspoort acquisition

The Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has prohibited Glaspoort's proposed acquisition of approximately 200,000 fiber-to-the-home connections from DELTA Fiber. KPN, which is involved in the transaction, expressed regret over the decision and stated it will review the ruling with other parties to assess next steps.
