Kenvue's Kimberly-Clark Deal Nears Closing With Key Risks Still Ahead

Kenvue has secured shareholder approval and U.S. antitrust clearance for its planned Q4 2026 combination with Kimberly-Clark. However, the deal faces ongoing risks including weak Self Care segment performance, $8.5B debt burden, margin pressures from inflation and tariffs, restructuring costs, and pending litigation.
