Bavarian Nordic A/S announced a capital increase of DKK 285,900 following employees' exercise of subscription options. The company issued 28,590 new shares at DKK 190.11 per share, generating DKK 5.4 million in proceeds. The total share capital is now DKK 792,653,180 distributed across 79,265,318 shares.
