Jyske Bank indgår aftale om køb af Formuepleje

Jyske Bank has agreed to acquire 100% of FP Kapital A/S (Formuepleje), one of Denmark's largest independent wealth managers with approximately 14,000 investors and 40 billion DKK in assets under management. The acquisition is expected to generate annual net fee and commission income of over 0.2 billion DKK and contribute positively to earnings per share from 2028, with completion anticipated in Q4 2026.
