Jyske Bank enters into an agreement to acquire Formuepleje

Jyske Bank has agreed to acquire FP Kapital A/S (Formuepleje), one of Denmark's largest independent wealth managers with ~14,000 investors and DKK 40bn in assets under management. The acquisition aims to accelerate Jyske Bank's wealth management growth and strengthen its position among affluent customers. The deal is expected to generate annual net fee income of slightly above DKK 0.2bn and become EPS accretive from 2028, with completion anticipated in Q4 2026.
