Ipsen nomme Mariette Finet administratrice au sein de son Conseil d’administration

Ipsen announces the appointment of Mariette Finet as a board member, effective immediately, replacing Michèle Ollier who resigned on August 1, 2026. Finet brings over 35 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences. She will also serve on the Product Portfolio Committee. The board remains composed of 14 members with balanced gender representation (7 women, 7 men). Her appointment is subject to shareholder ratification at the next general assembly.
