Ipsen appoints Mariette Finet to its Board of Directors

Ipsen announced the appointment of Mariette Finet as a Director to its Board of Directors, effective immediately, succeeding Michèle Ollier who resigned on August 1, 2026. Finet brings over 35 years of healthcare and pharmaceutical experience. She will also join the Board Portfolio Committee. The appointment maintains the board's composition at 14 directors with balanced gender representation (7 women, 7 men) and will be submitted for ratification at the next Annual Shareholders' Meeting.
