iOnctura appoints Paul Sekhri as Chair of its Board of Directors

iOnctura, a clinical-stage precision oncology company, announced the appointment of Paul Sekhri as Chair of its Board of Directors. Sekhri brings over 35 years of life science executive experience and has led multiple biotech companies through commercialization. The appointment comes as iOnctura prepares for late-stage development of roginolisib, its lead PI3Kδ inhibitor candidate, with two randomized Phase II studies fully enrolled. Roginolisib has shown promising clinical signals including doubled overall survival in uveal melanoma compared to historical controls.
