INVL fondo valdoma „Galinta“ pasirašė sutartį įsigyti Estijos kruopų gamintoją – prekės ženklo „Baltix“ savininkę

Galinta, owned by INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Estonian company Worldline, producer of the Baltix brand grains and cereals. The acquisition will add approximately €2.1 million in annual revenue to Galinta's group, which reported €37.9 million in 2025 revenues. The deal is expected to close by year-end pending regulatory approval from Estonia's Competition Authority.
