Initiation of share buyback programme to hedge the company’s share-based incentive programmes

Bang & Olufsen has initiated a share buyback programme worth up to DKK 33 million (maximum 3 million shares) to be completed by August 19, 2027, aimed at hedging share-based long-term incentive programmes. The programme will be managed by Nordea and follows EU regulations. Additionally, Bang & Olufsen reported Q1 2026/27 revenue growth of 2.2% in local currencies with gross margin reaching a new peak of 59.4%.
