Infex Therapeutics announced Phase IIa data for RESP-X, a first-in-class anti-virulence monoclonal antibody targeting Pseudomonas aeruginosa in non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis patients. The drug demonstrated a significant reduction in annualized exacerbation rates from 3.4 to 1.2, with only one exacerbation meeting clinical criteria observed across all treated patients.
