Immuneering Comments on Today’s FDA Approval in Second-Line Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer, Reiterates Focus on First-Line Patients

Following an FDA approval of a second-line pancreatic cancer treatment, Immuneering Corporation reaffirmed its focus on first-line metastatic pancreatic cancer patients. The company is enrolling patients in its Phase 3 MAPKeeper 301 trial evaluating atebimetinib combined with chemotherapy. Previous Phase 2a data showed 17.3-month median overall survival with manageable side effects, with 84% of patients maintaining or gaining weight at three months.
