The European Medicines Agency's Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) has recommended approval of Johnson & Johnson's TALVEY® (talquetamab) in combination with daratumumab for treating relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) from the second line of therapy onward. The Phase 3 MonumenTAL-3 study demonstrated significant improvements in progression-free survival (81% at 24 months) and overall survival (89% at 24 months) compared to the control regimen, with safety profiles consistent with individual monotherapies.
