Idaho Copper Corporation announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of common stock and warrants at $4.85 per share, raising approximately $18 million in gross proceeds. The offering is expected to close on July 6, 2026, with shares beginning to trade on NYSE American on July 2, 2026.
