Hypercharge Announces Issuance of Equity Grants

Hypercharge Networks Corp. announced the grant of 2,630,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.08 and 1,115,464 deferred share units to directors, officers, employees, and consultants. The company also announced it was named co-winner of the Canada Growth Cup and grew its total charging ports by over 45% through the acquisition of Eddie from AXSO, adding over 2,700 ports under management.
