Humanoid Global Provides Update on Agility Robotics Public Listing & Opens Silicon Valley AI Hub to Scale Digit Deployments

Agility Robotics, a portfolio company of Humanoid Global, has entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Churchill Capital Corp XI to go public in 2026 at a US$2.5 billion pre-money valuation, expected to raise over US$620 million. The company has secured over US$300 million in multi-year orders for its Digit v5 humanoid robot and opened a 60,000-square-foot Physical AI development hub in Fremont, California to accelerate deployment and add 200 technical roles.
