Humacyte, Inc. Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock

Humacyte, Inc. (Nasdaq: HUMA) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of approximately 47.6 million shares at $1.05 per share, expected to raise $50 million in gross proceeds. The company plans to use the net proceeds to fund commercialization of Symvess®, advance pipeline development, and support general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on or about June 12, 2026.
