Hudbay Completes Offering of US$52 Million of 4.50% Municipal Bonds for Copper World

Hudbay Minerals Inc. has completed an offering of US$52 million in 4.50% Arizona Industrial Development Authority Solid Waste Disposal Revenue Bonds to finance the Copper World copper project in Arizona. The bonds have a mandatory tender date of July 2, 2036, and Hudbay and its subsidiaries guarantee the obligations under the loan agreement.
