How Qorvo's $22 Billion Merger Changes What Its Insider Filings Mean

Qorvo SVP Steven Creviston sold 3,949 shares worth $375,313 on August 5 to satisfy tax withholding obligations from equity vesting. The transaction is non-discretionary and represents a 3% reduction in his holdings. With Qorvo being acquired by Skyworks Solutions in a $22 billion deal, insider share movements are now largely formalities, as shareholders will receive $32.50 in cash plus 0.96 Skyworks shares per Qorvo share. The deal is expected to close within calendar year 2026.
