Herzfeld Credit Income Fund, Inc. Declares Distributions in Cash

Herzfeld Credit Income Fund, Inc. (NASDAQ: HERZ) declared monthly distributions of $0.17 per share for October, November, and December 2026. The distributions will consist of substantially all of the Fund's net investment income and net short-term capital gains, paid in cash on specified dates. The Fund maintains a policy of regular monthly distributions to stockholders while investing primarily in credit-related instruments including CLOs.
