Heartland Express, Inc. Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

Heartland Express (NASDAQ: HTLD) announced its 92nd consecutive quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share, payable on July 6, 2026, to shareholders of record as of June 23, 2026. The company expects to distribute approximately $1.6 million across its ~78 million shares outstanding. Since implementing its dividend program in Q3 2003, Heartland Express has paid a total of $564.5 million in cash dividends, including four special dividends.
