HCW Biologics’ Presentation for HCW11-040 Recognized for Scientific Rigor, Novelty, Clarity and Potential Impact on Cancer Immunotherapy by the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer

HCW Biologics announced that its HCW11-040, a first-in-class tetravalent pembrolizumab-based immune checkpoint inhibitor, was selected as one of the top 150 abstracts out of 1,200 submissions for the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer's 41st Annual Meeting. The candidate demonstrated superior performance compared to pembrolizumab in rejuvenating exhausted T cells and converting cold tumors to hot tumors in preclinical studies. The company also secured up to $10 million in debt financing.
