RENK Group AG reported record order intake of €1.2 billion in H1 2026 (+29.7% YoY), with Q2 marking the highest single-quarter order volume in company history at €612.8 million. Adjusted EBIT grew 10.1% to €98.2 million with margin expansion of 100 basis points to 15.4%. The Vehicle Mobility Solutions division drove growth with 42.6% order intake increase. The company confirmed full-year guidance of over €1.5 billion revenue and adjusted EBIT between €255-285 million, while announcing plans to acquire David Brown Defence to strengthen its portfolio in strategic markets.
