H1 2026: Record order intake for RENK with above-average increase in adjusted EBIT to underscore market position; annual forecast on track

RENK Group AG reported record H1 2026 results with order intake reaching €1.2 billion (+29.7% YoY), driven by strong defense sector demand. The Vehicle Mobility Solutions division led growth with 42.6% order intake increase. Adjusted EBIT grew 10.1% to €98.2 million with margin expansion of 100 basis points to 15.4%. The company confirmed its full-year 2026 forecast of revenue exceeding €1.5 billion and adjusted EBIT between €255-285 million, while pursuing the acquisition of David Brown Defence.
