GEnx-1B Engines Surpass 50 Million Flight Hours

GE Aerospace announced that its GEnx-1B engine has reached 50 million flight hours in just over 14 years, the fastest rate for any GE commercial widebody engine. The engine powers Boeing 787 Dreamliners and maintains a 99.98% dispatch reliability rate. GE Aerospace is investing $1 billion in U.S. manufacturing and supply chain enhancements to meet growing demand.
