Genmab and AbbVie Announce Epcoritamab in Combination with R-CHOP Demonstrates Statistically Significant Improvement in Progression-Free Survival in Patients with Newly Diagnosed Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Genmab and AbbVie announced positive Phase 3 trial results for epcoritamab combined with R-CHOP in newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients. The combination demonstrated a statistically significant 51% reduction in disease progression or death risk compared to R-CHOP alone, with a favorable safety profile. This marks the first Phase 3 study of a bispecific antibody combination to show significant improvement in progression-free survival in frontline DLBCL treatment.
