FutureFuel Announces Director Resignation

FutureFuel Corp. announced that Board member Paul M. Manheim will not seek re-election at the 2026 annual meeting and will retire from the Board effective immediately after. Manheim, who served since 2015 and chaired the Audit Committee, is departing without any disputes. The Board has approved a reduction in size from nine to eight members and is evaluating committee composition changes.
