Fundusz Prosperus Retail Property Fund podpisał umowę przejęcia centrum handlowego Ozas od NEPI Rockcastle za 200 mln euro

Prosperus Retail Property Fund has signed an agreement to acquire the Ozas shopping and entertainment centre in Vilnius from NEPI Rockcastle for €200 million. The acquisition marks Prosperus's entry into the Baltic retail property market and serves as the foundation for the fund's strategy to build a €1 billion asset base in Central and Eastern Europe through additional acquisitions planned over the next 12-18 months.
