Fort Technology Grants Restricted Share Units

Fort Technology Inc. announced the grant of 102,857 restricted share units (RSUs) to officers and consultants under its shareholder-approved Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. The RSUs vest over time starting June 22, 2027, with half vesting on that date and the remainder vesting quarterly thereafter. The Plan allows for up to 1,904,285 Common Shares to be issued across all awards.
