Fond Prosperus Retail Property Fund uzavrel so spoločnosťou NEPI Rockcastle dohodu o akvizícii nákupného centra Ozas za 200 miliónov eur

Prosperus Retail Property Fund has signed an agreement to acquire the Ozas shopping and entertainment centre in Vilnius from NEPI Rockcastle for €200 million. The acquisition marks Prosperus's entry into the Baltic retail property market and serves as the foundation for the fund's strategy to build a diversified portfolio of major retail properties across Central and Eastern Europe, with plans to reach €1 billion in assets within 18 months.
