Financière de Tubize - 2026 half-year financial report

Financière de Tubize reported a profit of €100.8 million for the first half of 2026, up 5.4% year-over-year. The company received €102.3 million in dividends from UCB (up 4.3%) and paid shareholders €48.1 million in dividends (up 3.8%). Financière de Tubize increased its stake in UCB to 36.29% by acquiring 15,783 shares for €4.05 million.
