FERRARI N.V.: PERIODIC REPORT ON THE BUYBACK PROGRAM

Ferrari N.V. has purchased 35,641 common shares across Euronext Milan and NYSE as part of its third tranche of a multi-year €3.5 billion share buyback program announced during the 2025 Capital Markets Day. As of September 4, 2026, the company has invested €523.4 million to repurchase 1,736,825 shares since January 5, 2026, representing 0.92% of total issued common shares.
