FDH Aero Enters Next Phase of Growth Through Partnership with Bain Capital and Audax Private Equity

FDH Aero, a leading aerospace and defense supply chain solutions provider, has entered into a definitive agreement to receive a majority investment from Bain Capital Private Equity. Audax Private Equity, the current majority shareholder since 2017, will remain a significant investor. The partnership aims to accelerate FDH's growth strategy, support global expansion, and fund strategic acquisitions. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026.
