Factorial and SK On Sign MoU to Explore Solid-State Battery Manufacturing

Factorial Energy Inc. announced a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with SK On Co., Ltd. to jointly evaluate the technical feasibility and manufacturing capabilities for Factorial's FEST® solid-state battery technologies. The partnership leverages SK On's global manufacturing network with over 200 GWh of annual production capacity, including 100 GWh in the United States, to accelerate the industrialization of solid-state batteries for mobility and aerospace applications.
