Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals Reports 52-Week Data from the Highest Dose Cohort of EP-104GI in its Ongoing Phase 1b/2a RESOLVE Trial for the Treatment of Eosinophilic Esophagitis

Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals announced positive 52-week data from its Phase 1b/2a RESOLVE trial of EP-104GI for treating eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE). The highest dose cohorts demonstrated durable symptom responses with 64% of patients maintaining clinical remission at 52 weeks, meaningful histologic improvements, and a favorable safety profile with no serious adverse events or oropharyngeal candidiasis reported. The company plans to report Phase 2b interim data in December 2026.
