Equinix & CPP Investments Complete $4 Billion atNorth Acquisition

Equinix and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board have completed their $4 billion acquisition of Nordic data center operator atNorth. CPP Investments owns 51% while Equinix holds 34% of the company. The deal is immediately accretive to Equinix's AFFO per share and expands their exposure to AI-ready Nordic infrastructure with eight operational data centers across the Nordic region.
