Entrée Resources Announces Third Quarter 2026 Results

Entrée Resources Ltd. closed a non-brokered private placement of 12.5 million units at C$2.90 per unit, raising C$36.2 million with participation from a Tether affiliate. The company continues negotiations with Mongolia's government on state participation in its Shivee Tolgoi and Javkhlant mining licences and the transfer of these licences to joint venture partner Oyu Tolgoi LLC. Rio Tinto reported Oyu Tolgoi copper production increased 29% year-to-date with underground operations ramping up on track.
