SpaceX moved up its $1 trillion annual revenue target from 2031 to 2030 during its first earnings call as a public company. The company reported Q2 revenue of $7.8 billion with 92% year-over-year growth. However, reaching $1 trillion by 2030 would require approximately 78% compound annual growth for four years—a pace that appears challenging given that the largest revenue segment (Starlink) is growing slower than required, while the fastest-growing segment (AI) is currently unprofitable.
