Elicio Therapeutics Reports Results from Phase 2 AMPLIFY-7P Study and Outlines Refined Phase 3 Development Strategy for ELI-002 7P in Adjuvant Pancreatic Cancer

Elicio Therapeutics announced that its Phase 2 AMPLIFY-7P study of ELI-002 7P did not meet the primary disease-free survival endpoint in the intent-to-treat population for adjuvant pancreatic cancer. However, post-hoc analyses showed promising results in the R0 resected patient subgroup (84% of enrolled patients) with a hazard ratio of 0.65 (p=0.048). Strong correlations between mutant KRAS-specific T cell responses and improved outcomes supported the drug's biological activity. The company plans to refine its Phase 3 strategy focusing on R0 resected patients with extended dosing, pending financing.
