Elevra Lithium Completes Sale of E45/2364 Pegmatite Rights

Elevra Lithium has completed the sale of its E45/2364 exploration rights in Western Australia to Wildcat Resources for A$16 million in total consideration, including A$5 million cash upfront, A$8 million in Wildcat shares, A$3 million deferred cash, and contingent royalty payments. The transaction allows Elevra to reallocate capital to its core North American lithium assets while maintaining upside exposure through royalty participation.
