Eledon Presents Updated Long-Term Phase 2 BESTOW Extension Study Results at the International Congress of The Transplantation Society

Eledon Pharmaceuticals announced updated Phase 2 BESTOW extension study results showing tegoprubart-treated kidney transplant patients maintained significantly higher kidney function (71 vs. 58 mL/min/1.73 m² eGFR at 24 months) compared to tacrolimus, with zero rejections beyond six months versus seven in the tacrolimus arm. The FDA granted Fast Track designation to tegoprubart for kidney transplant rejection prevention, and the company plans to initiate the Phase 3 LEGACY trial in Q4 2026.
