Electronics for Imaging (EFI) and Agfa-Gevaert's Digital Printing Solutions (DPS) division are merging to create a global full-service industrial inkjet technology company. Siris will hold 60% ownership while Agfa retains 40% in the joint venture. The combined entity is expected to generate approximately €540 million in 2026 pro forma revenue, serving thousands of customers across 100+ countries with complementary geographic strengths and anticipated significant synergies.
