EFI and Agfa’s DPS Business to Combine and Form a Global, Full-Service Industrial Inkjet Company

Electronics for Imaging, Inc. (EFI) and Agfa-Gevaert announced a definitive agreement to combine Agfa's Digital Printing Solutions business with EFI. Siris will hold 60% and Agfa will hold 40% of the jointly held company. The combined entity is expected to generate approximately €540 million ($625 million) in 2026 revenue, serving customers across more than 100 countries with complementary geographic strengths and anticipated significant synergies.
