EdgeMode, Inc. has entered into a Non-Binding Offer with Spark AI Foundry Holdings LLC for the acquisition of its 300 MW AI data center project in Malpica, Spain. The project is expected to reach Ready-to-Build status by end of 2026 or Q1 2027, with a purchase price of €1,000,000 per MW of IT capacity. The acquisition is subject to due diligence and the project's achievement of required environmental and building permits.
