Dyne Therapeutics priced an upsized underwritten public offering of 18.3 million shares at $20.50 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately $375.2 million. The offering is expected to close on July 23, 2026, with underwriters granted a 30-day option to purchase an additional 2.745 million shares. Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, and Evercore ISI are serving as joint book-running managers.
