DP World Grows UK Logistics Operations With Transfer of Six UK Grocery Sites From GXO

DP World has agreed to acquire six contract logistics warehouse sites from GXO Logistics as a regulatory condition of GXO's Wincanton acquisition. The sites, spanning over two million square feet across England and Northern Ireland, serve major UK grocery retailers including Asda, Sainsbury's, and Co-op, and will transfer approximately 2,000 employees to DP World in September. This expansion strengthens DP World's integrated supply chain capabilities in the UK.
