Dorchester Minerals, L.P. Announces Acquisition of Mineral and Royalty Interests

Dorchester Minerals, L.P. (NASDAQ: DMLP) completed its acquisition of approximately 3,100 net royalty acres in the Williston Basin across five North Dakota counties. The non-taxable transaction involved the issuance of 835,958 common units to the contributing entities. The Dallas-based partnership owns oil and natural gas mineral and royalty interests across 28 states.
