Diginex Announces Extension of Long Stop Date for Proposed Acquisition of Resulticks and Convenes Extraordinary General Meeting

Diginex Limited has extended the Long Stop Date for its acquisition of Resulticks Global Companies from October 30, 2026 to November 19, 2026 to allow additional time to satisfy remaining closing conditions. The company has also scheduled an extraordinary general meeting for November 20, 2026 to seek shareholder approval for an increase in authorized share capital and a 10-for-1 share consolidation, independent of the transaction completion.
